Job Summary: The Billing Assistant will be responsible for issuing and verifying invoices, registering documents, monitoring billing data, and organizing tax-related files. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain up-to-date company registries We are Smart Leilões, a company born after 4 years of investing in real estate auctions, and today we advise investors across Brazil on real estate acquisitions. **BILLING ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue and verify invoices and bills for products and services. * Register these documents in the company's accounting/tax system and maintain up-to-date company registries. * Monitor billing data in spreadsheets, verifying information and taxes before invoicing. * Organize and archive tax and financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating audits. * Liaise with the finance department to ensure invoices are issued within the stipulated deadline. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or higher education degree preferred (administration, finance, accounting, or related fields). * Intermediate knowledge of taxes/SPED Fiscal. * Basic Excel proficiency and AI tool usage. * Stay updated on legislative changes or layout modifications (e.g., tax rules, service/ tax categories, new requirements) — especially relevant given the recent tax reform currently modifying taxes and tax regimes. * Easy access to the Funcionários neighborhood, BH. **BENEFITS:** * Salary R$1800.00\. \+ Bonuses\+ VT. * Meal allowance R$30.00 per day. * CLT employment contract. * On-site, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. * Career development plan. * Individual health insurance without copayment (after 90 days). * Dental insurance. * Drees Code. * Gympass. * Career development plan. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Excel, SPED Fiscal, Billing ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Career Development Plan, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance ### **Department:** Finance
