Job Summary: Manage and control the company's fleet usage, including maintenance, documentation, and performance reporting, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems. **Location:** Embu das Artes \- SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Responsibilities:** * Manage and control the company's fleet usage; * Monitor fuel supply, fuel consumption, and mileage; * Monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Install, manage, and monitor tracking devices and telematics systems; * Generate fleet performance, consumption, cost, and KPI reports; * Manage vehicle documentation (IPVA, licensing, traffic fines, insurance); * Support fleet renewal and supplier relations (leasing companies, repair shops, insurers); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of fleet control, vehicle maintenance, and performance indicators; * Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with tracking and telematics systems; * Knowledge of procurement processes involving leasing companies and insurers; * Valid driver's license.
