**About the Position** ---------------- We are seeking a Java Developer to work on high-complexity projects, building scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend solutions. Hybrid model: on-site work 3 times per week in the Interlagos, Santo Amaro, or Vila Nova Conceição (SP) regions. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot; * Design and evolve microservices and RESTful APIs; * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; * Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews; * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance; * Work with SQL and NoSQL databases; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including frontend, DevOps, and product; * Participate in production application monitoring and support. **Requirements** -------------- * Solid experience with Java 8\+; * Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud; * Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs; * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; * Experience with automated testing; * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; * Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools). **Nice-to-Have** ---------------- * Experience with Kafka or messaging systems; * Experience with highly scalable systems; * Experience in banking or financial environments. **About Us** ------------ We demonstrate commitment to our investors and pursue solid, long\-term growth performance.
