




*Responsibilities:* - Identify and diagnose defects in mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), performing precise analyses to determine the root causes of issues. - Replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, connectors, and others, ensuring full functionality of the devices. - Perform password and device configuration unlocking procedures, providing customers with efficient and prompt service. - Conduct comprehensive tests on repaired devices, ensuring all features operate correctly before returning them to customers. - Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and parts replaced, ensuring traceability of support activities. - Propose improvements to repair and customer service processes, collaborating with the team to optimize workflow. *Requirements:* - Prior experience as a mobile phone technician or in a similar role. - Advanced knowledge of identifying and repairing defects in smartphones and tablets. - Proficiency in unlocking passwords and configuring devices. - Ability to work with manual tools and testing equipment. - Technical education in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields (preferred). - Strong communication and customer service skills.
