We are seeking a responsible, communicative, and committed professional dedicated to our students' well-being!
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess, and class intervals.
* Ensure compliance with school rules through an educational and respectful approach.
* Routinely patrol common areas to prevent risks, conflicts, or disorder.
* Assist in gate control, visitor access management, and internal queue organization and movement.
* Report inappropriate behavior or relevant situations to the pedagogical coordination team.
* Encourage attitudes of respect, empathy, responsibility, and ethical coexistence among students.
* Mediate conflicts and practice active listening to students and their emotional needs.
* Support events, extracurricular activities, and educational field trips.
* Observe and refer cases related to bullying, exclusion, or other forms of vulnerability.
* Assist in preserving school property and safeguarding students' physical and emotional integrity.
* Perform other duties pertinent to the area as directed by immediate supervisor.
**Requirements:**
* Completed High School education.
* Clear communication skills with students and the pedagogical team.
