Responsibilities and Duties * Perform detailed security incident analyses, identifying root causes and proposing mitigation and prevention actions; * Configure, administer, and optimize security tools (Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), DLP, Cloudflare, BTTNG, among others); * Conduct technical investigations of medium and high-complexity incidents; * Automate SOC operational processes, ensuring efficiency and reduction of manual errors; * Manage and monitor corrective and preventive action plans; * Write technical and executive reports on incidents and measures taken; * Support continuous improvement projects in security monitoring and governance; * Lead daily operational meetings and strategic client meetings, ensuring alignment; * Support people management, promoting collaborative leadership practices. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience in security incident analysis and response; * Experience in SOC, with focus on investigation of complex alerts and event correlation; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), DLP, Cloudflare, BTTNG; * Familiarity with log query and correlation languages (KQL, AQL, DSL); * Experience in security process automation (playbooks, integrations); * Intermediate English (spoken and written); * Good communication, clarity, and objectivity; * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and resilience under high demand; * Availability for on-call shifts and emergency responses; * Ability to manage multiple priorities with quality. 2510030202591755717
