




Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to lead implementation, renovation, and expansion projects, ensuring on-time delivery and efficiency in facilities and building maintenance. Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to lead and oversee building implementation, renovation, expansion, and adaptation projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule, to work in the Pinheiros/SP region, guaranteeing that facilities, infrastructure, and building maintenance processes are executed efficiently and safely. **Contract Type: PJ** **Salary**: R$ 8\.000,00 **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor all phases of building implementation and facilities projects, from planning and mobilization to final delivery. * Develop schedules, action plans, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. * Manage suppliers and contracts, ensuring scope, SLA, and quality standards are met. * Lead field technical teams (in-house and outsourced) during construction and installation execution. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, occupational health and safety regulations (NRs), and internal policies. * Monitor inspections, measurements, testing, and commissioning of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, networking, automation, etc.). * Control costs, purchase approvals, measurements, and project forecasts. * Support continuous improvement initiatives in implementation processes and facilities operations standardization. * Interface with internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Safety, Legal, Procurement) and end clients. * Ensure delivery of technical documentation and “as-built” drawings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering; Architecture; or related fields. * Prior experience in construction implementation, building projects, retrofitting, or facilities management. * Knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, CCTV, structured cabling, automation, etc.). * Experience managing teams and suppliers. * Proficiency in reading technical drawings. * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
