We seek a strategic, organized, and efficiency-oriented professional capable of ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability in operations, fostering a functional, high-standard environment for employees and clients. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all facilities operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, compliance, and well-being, with a focus on resource optimization and operational excellence. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Coordinate facility operations and maintenance, ensuring full functionality of electrical, plumbing, HVAC (air conditioning), and automation systems. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring equipment integrity and preventing operational failures. * Lead internal and outsourced teams (maintenance, cleaning, security, general services), promoting organization, productivity, and quality in execution. * Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic suppliers, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and cost optimization. * Prepare, monitor, and optimize the departmental budget, pursuing financial efficiency without compromising service quality. * Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and internal policies. * Coordinate renovation, improvement, and expansion projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, scope, and budget. * Implement energy efficiency practices, waste management, and sustainability initiatives aligned with company guidelines. * Define and monitor facilities KPIs, driving continuous process and operational improvement. Requirements: * Prior experience in facilities, infrastructure, or operations management. * Experience managing teams and suppliers. * Knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). * Organized, analytical, and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in environments hosting events or operating under high-traffic conditions. * Knowledge of budget management and contract administration. * Experience with space expansion or restructuring projects.
