**Job Title:** PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR **:**JOB OVERVIEW You will be responsible for leading the Signal, Power, Connector (SPC) team within the PMO, driving high-impact projects such as New Product Development (NPD), Advanced Development (ADP), Technology Development (TDP), Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), and sustainment initiatives for the Americas region. This role ensures that projects meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget objectives through clear prioritization, resource alignment, and proactive risk management. It requires strong organizational skills, technical and financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Leadership * Lead cross-functional teams and project managers, ensuring performance, role clarity, and competency development. * Conduct 1:1 meetings, remove impediments, support escalations, and maintain an updated succession pipeline. Project Execution * Manage scope, schedule, and budget; conduct Stage Gate reviews and maintain schedules in Planisware. * Ensure resource allocation, functional support, and facilitate lessons learned sessions. Risks, Finance, and Stakeholders * Identify and mitigate risks; manage conflicts and escalations. * Control CapEx/OpEx and analyze costs and proposals. * Report status, create analyses for decision-making, and present updates to leadership and customers. Continuous Improvement * Apply lessons learned, promote best practices, reduce costs, and optimize processes. REQUIREMENTS Experience & Knowledge * Minimum 5 years managing multiple projects in the automotive industry. * Proven experience in NPD, ADP, TDP, VAVE, and process transfers/expansions. * Knowledge of manufacturing (plastic injection and assembly), finance, and business cases. * Proficiency in IATF and APQP. Skills * Effective communication across all levels, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Autonomy in remote work environments and willingness to travel (up to 25%). * PMP certification is mandatory.
