Job Responsibilities: Oversee store operations in the absence of the store manager; deliver training sessions; place ad-hoc orders; provide customer service; operate the cash register; receive merchandise; manage inventory; organize and clean the store; restock shelves; verify merchandise; monitor expiration dates. Desired Candidate Attributes: Energetic, proactive, courteous, leadership-oriented, eager to improve and learn. Prior retail experience is preferred. Must be committed, results-driven, deeply interested in a healthy lifestyle, detail-oriented, meticulous, attentive, collaborative, curious, capable of handling diverse tasks efficiently. Must be responsible and aspire to grow within the company with job stability. Must have experience delivering high-standard customer service. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:10 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 3:10 PM\. Days off always fall on Sundays and holidays. Salary: BRL 3\.670,00, plus performance-based bonuses that further increase earnings when targets are met.
