Opportunity within a dynamic team **Job Description:** Responsible for providing support to the buyer. **Responsibilities** * Monitor orders and ensure on-time deliveries; * Update internal databases with order information (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts); * Conduct follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or modify orders; * Register suppliers in the internal ERP system; * Forward invoices (NFs) to Finance after recording goods receipts in the system; * Place purchase orders; * Perform other tasks related to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Answer phone calls (internal and external clients); * Return goods delivered with non-conformities; * Read and reply to daily emails, providing feedback to requesters.
