Job Summary:
Responsible for controlling and monitoring inventory levels and material consumption, ensuring accuracy and supporting the industrial and controller areas.
Key Highlights:
1. Track inventory movements and monitor raw material consumption.
2. Conduct inventories, analyze discrepancies, and propose process improvements.
3. Prepare inventory reports and indicators for efficient management.
Responsible for controlling and monitoring inventory levels and material consumption at the industrial unit, ensuring data accuracy, alignment between forecasted and actual figures, and supporting the industrial and controller areas in efficient resource management.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Track inventory movements (receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments).
* Monitor raw material and packaging consumption against production orders (forecast vs. actual).
* Conduct inventories, analyze discrepancies, and propose process improvements.
* Monitor obsolete or slow-moving materials.
* Validate material master data and system parameters.
* Prepare inventory reports and indicators.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields.
* Experience in inventory or materials control within an industrial environment.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
* ERP knowledge (TOTVS Datasul preferred).
* Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
