Our mission is to deliver excellence in benefits administration and health management, consistently enhancing client satisfaction and expanding results. **Responsibilities of our Analyst:** * Support the execution of operational, administrative, clinical, and regulatory audits by contributing to information gathering and preliminary evidence analysis. * Assist in implementing internal audit plans, ensuring adherence to defined steps under leadership guidance. * Support development of the Annual Audit Plan by contributing information, data collection, and document organization. * Monitor action plan progress, performing follow-up on evidence and reporting results to supervision. * Actively participate in process improvement and mapping projects across company departments, collaborating on organizational chart updates, process structure mapping, and risk assessments under team guidance. * Collaborate on preparing managerial reports and monitoring KPIs, developing supporting materials for management presentations. * Contribute to the area’s continuous improvement initiatives by supporting gap, indicator, and process analyses, always under leadership guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Ability to handle confidential information; * Familiarity with risk management; * Prior experience in Auditing, Internal Controls, Administrative Functions, Compliance, or Audit Support is a plus.
