Focus on performance analysis and strategic inventory management Fragrance Buyer – Drogaria Iguatemi **Drogaria Iguatemi**, a reference in **beauty, dermocosmetics, and wellness** products, is seeking a professional to join its **fragrance procurement team**. If you have experience in the **fragrance, cosmetics, or dermocosmetics sector** and wish to grow within procurement, this opportunity may be for you. Responsibilities * Procure fragrances and medications on a smaller scale * Perform order follow-up and supplier management * Negotiate delivery timelines, commercial terms, and bonuses * Review product mix and monitor sales performance * Monitor inventory levels and perform inter-store reallocations * Conduct weekly store visits to assess stock replenishment and product display * Develop promotional signage and inserts * Analyze reports on slow-moving products (120-day report) * Assist in preparing promotional spreadsheets and reports * Participate in coordination meetings for strategic alignment * Negotiate promotional gifts and marketing funds with suppliers * Maintain KPI reports on inventory, sales, and performance Requirements * Experience as a **Procurement Assistant or similar role** * Experience in the **fragrance, cosmetics, or dermocosmetics segment** * Knowledge of brands such as **La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Avène, Skinceuticals**, among others * Experience in negotiation and supplier relationship management * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Proficiency in **Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting)** * Analytical, organized profile with commercial vision * Proactivity and strong communication skills **Advantages** * Experience with the **Alpha7 ERP system** * Experience with pharmaceutical and fragrance retail products Compensation and Benefits Salary: **R$ 3.376,00** Meal Voucher: **R$ 32.00 per day** Transportation Voucher Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Plan Birthday Day Off Gympass Send your resume to 11 99830-4013 Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2.012,16 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Fuel Allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
