Join us and become part of a team committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor exam requests, anatomopathological sample collections, and other related exam-related requests; verify proper documentation completion to ensure patient safety and adherence to established deadlines; * Support the nursing team by assigning daily tasks and validating processes to enable achievement of organizational objectives; * Prepare and submit alerts regarding any health issues that may become significant in public health, complying with standard quality and technical nursing protocols; * Admit patients by conducting medical history interviews, verifying their personal data and scheduled procedures, instructing companions, and performing identification per protocol, ensuring surgeries, exams, or procedures proceed according to established guidelines; * Observe, recognize, describe signs and symptoms, and report changes to physicians to guarantee appropriate care and minimize risks to patients; * Provide clarifications to patients and companions, delivering relevant information about treatments and procedures to reduce patient anxiety and ensure effective treatment; * Conduct emergency cart inspections and other standard nursing procedures, periodically checking medications, equipment functionality, and other items to ensure compliance with standard nursing protocols and procedural and patient safety, preventing complications. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in high school **Additional Information** Work Location: CHS Sorocaba Additional Information: Work Schedule – 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Benefits Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Childcare Assistance Group Life Insurance Partnerships Education/University Incentives Pharmacies SESC Seconci-SP – Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo – is a nonprofit charitable entity founded in March 1964 by a group of entrepreneurs from the construction sector to serve construction workers and their families.
