1\. Job Objective
Serve as the single focal point and responsible party for the entire outsourced painting process of parts, from scheduling outbound shipments to verifying returned items, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, production deadlines, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness in procurement activities. The professional ensures that the full external processing cycle is executed with full traceability, operational efficiency, and alignment with internal production requirements.
2\. Key Responsibilities
Logistics Flow Management (Outsourcing)
* Control the physical outbound shipment of parts to external painting suppliers, recording quantities, specifications, and dates
* Monitor and coordinate the timely return of parts according to the agreed schedule, minimizing production line stoppages
* Maintain complete traceability of each shipped batch, ensuring every part is uniquely identified and accounted for upon return
* Reconcile shipped versus received quantities, investigate and report discrepancies
Supplier and Procurement Management
* Conduct quotations, request price estimates, and manage competitive bidding processes with industrial painting suppliers
* Negotiate delivery timelines, order volumes, commercial terms, and service levels
* Maintain an up-to-date registry of qualified suppliers, including contingency alternatives
* Periodically evaluate supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, cost)
Quality and Technical Inspection
* Inspect returned parts against painting quality standards (finish, coating thickness, adhesion, color)
* Verify compliance with technical specifications requested at the time of outsourcing
* Report non-conformities and engage suppliers for corrective action or reimbursement
* Maintain supplier-specific quality performance records
Process and Schedule Management
* Plan and coordinate the external processing schedule aligned with the master production plan
* Issue and control service/purchase orders for outsourcing activities
* Ensure all fiscal and contractual documentation is accurate (outbound and return invoices)
* Provide weekly status reports on the outsourcing flow to leadership

* Driver's License Category B (for occasional technical visits to suppliers)
Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
