We seek an analytical, dynamic profile with strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship capabilities. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in a leadership role within generalist HR. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll department operations, and HR subsystems. * Experience with HR metrics, data management, and preparation of executive presentations. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Desired experience in high-volume operations and operational/logistics environments. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise generalist HR routines, ensuring alignment among strategy, processes, and operational needs. * Act as a partner to business leaders, supporting people-related decision-making. * Coordinate Recruitment & Selection processes. * Monitor HR metrics, preparing analyses and action plans for continuous improvement. * Ensure accurate execution of payroll department processes, including working hour control, vacation management, benefits administration, payroll processing, hiring, and terminations. * Conduct organizational climate initiatives, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and team development programs. * Support personnel movement processes, promotions, compensation, and organizational structure design. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Develop managerial presentations and executive reports using tools such as Excel and Power BI. * Promote diversity, inclusion, organizational culture, and enhanced employee experience initiatives. * Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and service quality. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is the global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
