Act as Supply Projects Coordinator, leading strategic procurement and contracting processes, strengthening supplier management, and ensuring quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and support for operations and construction projects. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and adherence to technical and operational standards. * Coordinate and execute procurement processes for construction projects, services, and long-term equipment acquisition, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract drafting. * Conduct strategic procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratio, quality, and on-time delivery. * Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring internal customer satisfaction and fulfillment of contractual requirements. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, external regulations, and applicable supply chain compliance standards. * Perform activities in accordance with process control policies and instructions, prioritizing environment, health, and safety. * Understand environmental risks and impacts associated with activities (EHS matrix), contributing to the effectiveness of the management system and preventing legal non-conformities. **Languages** * English required. * Spanish desirable (a plus). **Specific Technical Knowledge** * Proven experience in procurement, contracting, and complex CAPEX negotiations. * Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge. * ERP experience (e.g., Oracle). * Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills, especially for technical equipment and service procurement. ***ODATA \- Aligned Data Centers is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is committed to building a team representing a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
