Job Summary: We are seeking a Metalworker to install prefabricated metal structures and assemble various items, with a focus on internal career advancement. Key Highlights: 1. Installation of handrails, guardrails, hatches, ship ladders, and pergolas 2. Knowledge of manufacturing these items is essential 3. Internal growth policy based on performance and experience Metalworker position, Monday to Friday, full-time (CLT). Responsibilities include: ✔ Installation of guardrails (steel); ✔ Installation of handrails (steel – ready for installation); ✔ Installation of hatches; ✔ Installation of ship ladders; ✔ Installation of pergolas. Important: All items are delivered fully assembled from the warehouse; only on-site installation is required. However, thorough knowledge of manufacturing all these items is essential. Work location: Alphaville/SP, near Colégio Adventista. We have an internal growth policy, so career progression depends on your performance and experience! Salary: R$ 2.420,00 to R$ 3.150,00 (based on experience) Employment type: CLT – Permanent Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits: ✔ Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per day ✔ Transportation allowance (no 6% deduction if no absences or tardiness during the month) ✔ Overtime pay Compensation: R$2.400,00 – R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
