Monitoring and compliance with regulations **Position: Security Guard / Access Controller** **Job Description:** Responsible for controlling the access of people, vehicles, and materials within the premises of the company/condominium, ensuring security, organization, and compliance with internal regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of people (employees, visitors, and service providers); * Perform visitor identification and registration; * Authorize access according to established rules and procedures; * Monitor security cameras (CCTV), where applicable; * Control vehicle entry and exit, recording license plates when necessary; * Receive and direct mail and deliveries; * Provide courteous and professional public service; * Ensure site security, reporting any irregularities; * Notify responsible personnel or authorities in case of emergencies; * Maintain up-to-date records in systems or control logs; * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role or related fields is a plus; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal communication skills; * Professional demeanor and attention to detail. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: (CLT); * Working hours: (Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM / Sat: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM\); * Salary: (to be determined); * Benefits: (transportation allowance, meal allowance, etc); * Work location: (Pinheiros/SP).
