Job Summary: An Apprentice Youth opportunity focused on professional qualification in building maintenance, refrigeration, and air conditioning, with full dedication to the SENAI course. Preparation for the job market JLL, in partnership with SENAI, offers an opportunity through the Apprentice Youth Program, focused on professional qualification for the job market. Selected youths will be hired by JLL as Apprentice Youths, with formal employment contracts and all labor rights guaranteed. During the one-year program, participants will dedicate 100% of their time to the SENAI course, acquiring knowledge and professional qualification in building maintenance, adequately preparing them for the job market. **Responsibilities:** During the program period, the apprentice youth will: * Fully participate in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Course at SENAI * Develop technical competencies in refrigeration and air conditioning systems * Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in building maintenance * Professionally prepare to enter the job market **Requirements** * Be under 23 years of age. * Availability to attend the program from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * Commitment to professional development over one year * Interest in working in building maintenance, refrigeration, and air conditioning **Course Location:** SENAI \- Ipiranga Unit, Rua Mil Oitocentos e Vinte e Dois, No. 76 \- Ipiranga, São Paulo/SP \- ZIP Code: 04216\-000 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (4 hours of daily coursework) Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
