Answer and direct phone calls and visitors Medical Laboratory seeks a Receptionist in Itupeva (Downtown). Quantum Diagnóstico is a company specialized in imaging diagnostics and clinical laboratory services. We offer state-of-the-art technology and qualified professionals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of results. **Responsibilities:** Receive patients for laboratory and imaging exams: request medical requisition and personal documentation (health insurance card and identification), confirm patient preparation compliance, register patients in the system, request health insurance authorization, and release patients for sample collection and exams. Provide patients with information regarding exam fees (private pay), instructions on preparation, and guidance in case of cancellations or delays, ensuring high-quality service and safeguarding the company’s image. Answer and direct phone calls, messages, and visitors to the departments requested by clients. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
