Functions and Responsibilities * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and guide workers such as masons, electricians, and plumbers to ensure tasks are executed correctly. * **Resource Management:** Control the use of materials, equipment, and supplies to achieve efficiency and avoid waste. * **Schedule Monitoring:** Track project progress to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * **Quality Control:** Inspect material quality and workmanship to ensure the final result complies with project specifications. * **Workplace Safety:** Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on construction sites, such as NR-18\. * **Project Drawing Interpretation:** Read and interpret technical drawings, serving as the liaison between engineering/architecture teams and execution teams. * **Problem Solving:** Resolve conflicts and technical issues arising during construction. Skills and Knowledge * Technical knowledge across various civil construction disciplines (electrical, plumbing, masonry, etc.). * Ability to interpret project drawings. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability. * Good communication and people management skills. * Flexibility and ability to work in a team.
