Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Description

**Job Objective** The SDR is responsible for qualifying commercial opportunities for Delend's B2B sales team. The focus is to identify companies with potential to generate value for Delend, quickly understand the prospect's pain point, and ensure that the Sales Executive receives well-qualified and thoroughly prepared opportunities ready to advance in the sales process. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and qualify leads generated via outbound, partners, or inbound channels * Conduct initial conversations to identify real pain points and value potential * Map relevant stakeholders within the account (e.g., finance, executive leadership, operational departments) * Record structured information in the CRM (HubSpot) * Prepare contextual background of the opportunity prior to handoff to the Sales Executive * Ensure the AE receives clear information regarding the problem, context, and key contacts * Maintain disciplined follow\-up and pipeline organization **Desired Experience** * Prior experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B sales * Experience in consultative sales or technology environments is desirable * Comfort engaging with executives and finance teams **Expected Competencies** * Strong investigative and opportunity qualification skills * Discipline in using CRM and organizing commercial information * Clear and concise communication * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly **Tools Used** * HubSpot CRM * Prospecting and data enrichment tools * Meeting and call recording tools Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Company mobile phone * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Barueri, SP
