Monitor and periodically review processes, promoting continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Management Processes, or related fields. Desirable: Specialization or certifications in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management (Scrum, PMP, or similar). Experience in continuous improvement projects. Experience working with BPMN and modeling tools. Desirable experience in process automation (RPA, workflow, BPMS). Desirable experience with operational indicators and dashboard development.
