HR OPERATIONS ANALYST

**HR Operations Analyst – (Focus on Timekeeping)** Responsible for end-to-end administration and processing of electronic timekeeping, including verification, monitoring, and closing of employee working hours, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. Analyzes and resolves timekeeping inconsistencies; manages absences, late arrivals, overtime, time banks, night shift premiums, inter-shift intervals, and work schedules. Monitors and controls medical certificates, social security leaves, licenses, vacations, statutory absences, and abandonment-of-employment procedures, ensuring accurate information flow and documentation. Provides support and assistance to employees and managers regarding timekeeping, working hours, schedules, and internal policies, ensuring promptness and accuracy in issue resolution. Manages disciplinary actions—including warnings and suspensions—supporting managers in conducting such processes in accordance with legislation and internal regulations. Enters payments and personnel transactions into the system, including adjustments related to working hours, benefits, deductions, and other HR administrative routines. Also supports control of ASOs (admission, periodic, return-to-work, job-function-change, and termination), tracking expiration dates and coordinating with SESMT and partner clinics. Supports onboarding and integration of new employees, providing guidance on time clock usage, system operation, and working hour rules. Also assists in payroll closing and enters payroll-related payments into the ERP system. Required knowledge: labor legislation, working hour control, electronic timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office/Excel. PREFERRED: experience with ADP system.
