Itaguaba, 38 – Higienópolis, São Paulo – SP, 01233- **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Sanitize ingredients before preparation. * Retrieve ingredients from the cold storage unit for daily production. * Adhere to expiration date charts and daily quantity requirements. * Clean and replenish the charcoal barbecue. * Portion cuts of meat. * Control portioning and waste of meat cuts. * Prepare appetizers and side dishes. WHAT WE SEEK: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment to excellence in execution. * Prior experience as a line cook, barbecue cook, or similar role. * Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
