The Growth Marketing team at Decolar is responsible for accelerating the brand’s digital growth and ensuring efficient user acquisition through paid, organic, and partnership channels. It leverages performance metrics, data, and experimentation across the entire consumer journey.
Driving search advertising (e.g., Google Search), maximizing ROI and investment volume, securing brand visibility in the most relevant searches, and improving keyword, ad, and bidding-strategy efficiency.
### **What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Build relationships with local and international partners, advertising agencies, and tourism boards;
* Negotiate both internally and externally—collaborating closely with the Ad Operations, Marketing (Brand & Performance), and Commercial teams across Despegar Group, as well as Travel Partners’ Key Account Managers, jointly developing deals with each advertiser;
* Work closely on a daily basis with external clients (airlines, hotels, destinations, etc.) and internal departments of Despegar Group (AdSales, Design, Traffic/AdOps, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.), analyzing each client’s KPIs and proposing online and offline media plans designed to meet partner needs while adding value to every campaign;
* Be responsible for executing these media plans and ensuring delivery, proposing effective communication strategies aligned with deals generated by Travel Partners’ Commercial Leadership team;
* Coordinate briefing and creative asset development with the Design team, and collaborate with the Traffic team to implement campaigns—monitoring delivery and regularly reviewing interim/final reports for clients, as well as for Key Account Managers per country and major regional accounts;
* Manage accounts daily to achieve optimal results;
* Develop brand communication strategies using internal sales insights and reports; lead creative asset and presentation production; analyze post-campaign results; and propose appropriate planning to support future campaigns;
* Track key Media Solutions accounts;
* Identify partner needs through briefing meetings;
* Strategically plan the Marketing Plan and prepare proposals aligned with client objectives, product inventory, and available audience (forecast);
* Prepare the Insertion Order (IO) and coordinate its signing, verifying compliance with SOX audit requirements. — Monitor and track timely and accurate implementation of the Marketing Plan. — Prepare and analyze interim/final campaign reports focused on communication/sales objectives, to uncover insights, foster continuous learning, propose improvements, and pursue upselling opportunities;
* Maintain consistent communication with clients—prioritizing excellence in time-to-market, analysis, and account management.
### **What are the requirements for this role?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Experience preparing reports and executive presentations, extracting and analyzing performance data, and generating strategic insights;
