**Join us as a Process Assistant** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to support operators in process areas (Powder Handling, Slurry Making, Spray Drying, Dartagnan, or TPN) in routine activities related to material logistics (including raw material dosing/drainage and wet/dry reprocessing) and aesthetic cleaning, while reporting abnormalities to operators and technical operators. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Comply with all SHE standards of the Indaiatuba Factory and Mini Factory Process Operating Procedures; * Perform your duties according to the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards outlined in the Company’s policies; * Work in accordance with the organizational structure of your work area (routine processes); * Monitor performance indicators in your work area related to productivity, quality, safety, costs, etc.; * Monitor daily silo/tank levels, request materials via AMP (SAP system), and supply/drain the system as needed; * Monitor the SAP system for your area (inventory control and production order reconciliation); * Lead and/or participate in improvement initiatives focused on loss reduction through Kaizen implementation. **SHE Roles & Responsibilities** * Understand and accept your SHE responsibilities as an integral part of your role/position; * Treat SHE as a core value, giving it equal priority to production, quality, cost, and employee relations; * Set a positive example by complying with standards and procedures, and actively promote and encourage SHE attitudes and activities; * Know and analyze the SHE performance indicators for your area; * Keep leadership informed about progress toward achieving SHE goals, objectives, and challenges encountered; * Participate in scheduled inspections of your area; * Prepare Safety FIPs (Field Inspection Plans); * Participate in SHE forums whenever requested; * Monitor the resolution of Green Labels in your area via the Management System; * Ensure SHE is prioritized in discussion forums within the factory’s governance system; * Report deviations, incidents, and learnings by opening labels, Guardian Angel observations, and FIPs; * Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S standards; * Assess how to perform a task safely before starting it (OPA – Operational Pre-Analysis); * Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and safety forums; * Know and follow emergency procedures and procedures applicable in case of accidents/incidents; * Know and correctly complete operational checklists for your area; * Know and comply with the SHE policy, fundamental and general standards; * Ensure SHE knowledge transfer to new employees in your area (Mentors). **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer literacy; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Skills** * Communication skills; * Teamwork skills. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in organization and cleaning and/or material logistics, preferably in manufacturing. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
