Description

**JOB MISSION:** Participates in the implementation of the organization’s software, analyzes technical issues related to hardware and recommends maintenance or replacement, defines access control to IT resources in collaboration with management, participates in the preparation of routine documentation, and monitors the performance of installed technical resources. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for mapping IT and Business Area processes; * Document procedures and processes; * Organize, define, monitor, and control the Finance Directorate’s value chain using process flows and supporting documents; * Map and model business processes at varying levels of granularity, using BPMN notation and other appropriate formats for decision-making; * Understand the objectives and context of demands addressed by the area; * Plan personal and colleagues’ involvement and execution of demands; * Facilitate definition of problem-solving strategies and implement proposals for continuous process improvement (AS IS / TO BE) in collaboration with responsible areas; * Structure and disseminate best practices in process management, mapping, and modeling to Management; * Support the area and other areas in leading and facilitating process transformation initiatives (both within and outside projects), aiming for gains in time, cost, capacity, and quality; * Assist in preparing and presenting managerial and executive project status reports for process-related initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency regarding scope, budget, schedule, and outcomes; * Promote synergy with other areas (e.g., Controls and Governance, IT Architecture, Financial Operations) in process management, enhancing communication and value creation both within and outside the Directorate; * Support tracking the results of proposed improvements; * Demonstrate a sense of urgency in addressing demands according to leadership-defined strategy and prioritization; * Contribute to structuring and consolidating the Process Management and Change Chapter; * Contribute to continuously improving maturity levels regarding Agile and Lean Management methodologies; * Conduct training for internal and external users on implemented systems; * Adhere to and uphold ISO 9001 and PRODIR quality management systems; * Maintain respectful relationships with team members and clients, in accordance with standards and norms established by Rudnik; * Perform other duties related to this position. * Requirements: Strong knowledge of: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Veeam Backup, Telephony, VMware ESXi, network management (switches, routers, APs, etc.), GLPI or similar tools, SIEM, etc. The candidate must provide user support on par with the entire team. **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES:** * Planning and organization; * Results orientation; * Teamwork; * Communication.
