Statistics and Modeling: Basic statistical knowledge for data interpretation. Quality Tools: Pareto charts, histograms, and others (commonly applied in Excel). BI Dashboard Creation; Data Structuring and Analysis; Managerial Reports. Focus on indicator forecasting and development of managerial analyses for decision-making.
