We have an open opportunity for an Operations Coordinator—let’s go? **Your main responsibilities** * Manage and develop the Supervisors team, ensuring technical and behavioral development aligned with the company’s and client’s culture. * Organize and direct operational demands, ensuring communication and knowledge are aligned with goals. * Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and metrics. * Develop and communicate commissioning and incentive policies, following approval. * Disseminate organizational values and culture. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations. * Identify improvements in processes, tools, and people management, promoting corrective and preventive actions. * Delegate tasks and prepare the team for succession and coverage of absences. * Hold follow-up meetings with Supervisors and define action plans. * Act as the interface between client and company, ensuring alignment and achievement of results. **Schedule** * Applications until 12/14 * Screening on 12/15 * HR Interview on 12/16 and 12/17 * Remaining stages to be defined Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
