Coordinate Human Resources processes, integrating the operational management of the Payroll Department (DP) with Talent Management strategy, ensuring legal compliance, efficiency in labor routines, and the implementation of modern practices for talent attraction, development, and retention aligned with the organization's culture and objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Payroll Department (DP):** * Supervise admission, termination, payroll, vacation, and benefits routines. * Ensure compliance with **labor and social security legislation** and union agreements. * Manage payroll taxes, e\-Social, and internal/external audit processes. * Monitor and validate turnover, absenteeism, and labor cost indicators. **Talent Management (Strategic HR):** * Coordinate **Recruitment \& Selection** processes, ensuring the attraction of top professionals. * Develop and implement policies for **onboarding, performance evaluation, T\&D, and succession planning**. * Support managers in identifying and developing key competencies. * Create and monitor **employee engagement and talent retention plans**, promoting a high-performance culture. * Lead **Employer Branding** initiatives and strengthen the employer brand. * Monitor strategic HR KPIs: time-to-hire, employee satisfaction, retention rate.
