Job Summary: Machine Operator to work in the production process, responsible for operating equipment, preparing machines, monitoring parameters, and ensuring product quality while complying with safety standards. Perform quality inspections and maintain an organized work area **Work Location:** Santana de Parnaíba/SP **Salary:** R$ 2.800,00 **Working Hours:** * 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; * **or** * 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher (VR); * Food Voucher (VA); * Transportation Voucher (VT); * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR). **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate extruders, feeders, dosing systems, granulators, and other production process equipment; * Prepare machines and equipment for production start-up, performing setup and adjustments according to production orders; * Verify raw materials, pigments, additives, and packaging according to production orders; * Monitor and adjust production process parameters; * Monitor production, identifying and correcting operational deviations; * Perform product changeovers and equipment cleaning; * Inspect product quality during the process; * Complete production records and area control logs; * Perform minor adjustments and routine equipment inspections; * Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles; * Comply with safety regulations and correctly use PPE. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Machine Operator; * Experience in transformation industry, plastics, chemical, or production sectors is desirable; * Knowledge of masterbatches is a plus; * Knowledge of extrusion processes is a plus; * Basic knowledge of production processes and good manufacturing practices; * Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow operational instructions; * Proactive profile; * Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
