Our department aims to provide services to the Bradesco Organization, handling all legal matters related to business activities. All transactions carried out by the Organization must be submitted to the Legal Department. For the position of Senior Controller Support Analyst to be filled, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of legal workflow operations, from process intake through action closure. Work model: Hybrid \- 3x in-person Location: Availability to work in Cidade de Deus \- Head Office \- Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Controller Support Analyst, you will work within the Legal – Controller/Budget management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the quality of the legal workflow operation, from process intake through action closure, by mapping processes, identifying deviations, and implementing action plans; * Using performance indicators to monitor and evaluate workflow quality, as well as driving improvements in internal controls through automations and management reports; * Having strong critical and analytical thinking skills to identify deviations and implement improvements in both legal workflow processes and the area's internal controls. **Requirements and qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in process automation using platforms such as Databricks, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query; * Strategic management of processes and operational flows; * Advanced knowledge of performance and cost indicators; * Analytical and strategic thinking; * Knowledge of managing complex projects and initiatives; * Negotiation and influencing skills; * Ability to adapt and continuously innovate, with focus on efficiency and process optimization.
