Workcell is a company specialized in automation and technology solutions for industrial processes. It offers products and services aimed at increasing operational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for acquiring essential external products, services, or resources required to execute projects. Monitor project procurement schedules, ensuring One-Time Sourcing and Carry Over Parts capacity confirmations in collaboration with the Commodity team. Execute purchase order (PO) processing, issuance, and monitoring. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Procurement departments to optimize the project procurement workflow. Participate in project schedule and kick-off meetings. Ensure supplier proposals comply with technical specifications and required deadlines. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Project Leader, Project Manager, or Project Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
