Job Summary:
The Pedagogical Trainer trains teachers in teaching methodologies, providing support and fostering engagement through innovative approaches.

The mission of the Pedagogical Trainer is to train school teachers using our teaching methodologies and to support clients with empathy, assertive communication, clear and confident public speaking.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Monthly Training Delivery:** Deliver online tutoring sessions for teachers, presenting the rationale behind the Methodology, lesson implementation using games, methods, and mediation techniques;
* **Workshop and Workshop Facilitation:** Plan and execute in-person and remote events with clients (schools and education departments), promoting enthusiasm and engagement with the Methodology;
* **Commercial Support in Engagement Activities:** Participate in fairs, workshops, and commercial meetings, demonstrating the practical value of educational games and resources;
* **Continuous Professional Development:** Study Methodology content weekly for updates and field application of best practices;
* **Hands-On Profile:** Demonstrate proactivity in designing activities, support materials, and adapting content according to client context;
* **Willingness to Travel:** Travel to client locations as needed, ensuring presence at trainings, workshops, and in-person events.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Undergraduate degree in Education (minimum: currently enrolled);
* Prior experience in teacher training is a plus;
* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands;
* Adaptability to handle diverse situations and contexts, shifting priorities, and varying user profiles.
