Main Responsibilities: * Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure record accuracy and integrity; * Organize and control inventory, maintaining a clean and orderly environment; * Sort and inspect materials according to specifications; * Record production output and monitor workforce attendance; * Monitor production activities to ensure process efficiency; * Inspect cargo loads and verify required shipping documentation; * Count products and compare quantities against invoices or purchase/sales orders; * Check for damages and ensure compliance with expiration dates; * Physically compare products to be shipped against invoice or order details. Requirements: * Proven experience in inspection roles; * Knowledge of inventory control and organization techniques; * Ability to accurately inspect incoming and outgoing materials; * Capacity to monitor production activities and track workforce attendance; * Familiarity with documentation required for cargo shipment; * Excellent attention to detail and counting skills; * Ability to identify damages and verify expiration dates; * Knowledge of product-to-invoice comparison.
