Report to immediate supervisor needs for uniforms, PPE, and irregularities; issue warnings and suspensions when necessary. Receive and forward absence documentation (medical certificates, declarations). Ensure compliance with company regulations. Perform area cleaning, soil preparation, selective and non-selective weeding and mowing. Plant seeds and seedlings in degraded areas.
