Supervise all maintenance department activities, plan and manage operations related to the maintenance department, and comply with and enforce correct procedures and technical standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the maintenance team’s activities; * Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of systems under the maintenance department’s scope (hydraulic, electrical, civil); * Supervise maintenance activities performed by third-party companies; * Identify alternatives for continuous improvement in equipment availability and maintenance costs; * Jointly analyze, with the Maintenance Engineer, the maintenance workflow on an ongoing basis to propose adjustments, corrections, and improvements; * Perform other duties relevant to the position as requested by superiors; * Supervise department administration; * Ensure the unit’s maintenance operations are carried out under optimal conditions and in compliance with technical standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical qualification in general electricity or electrotechnics; * Training/Specialization course in electrician skills; * Valid NR-10 and NR-10 SEP certifications.
