Commitment to sustainability and environmental values ### **Job Summary** We are seeking an **Environmental Technician** to work on construction sites, ensuring the project's environmental performance and responsible for guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements, SSMA standards, and the company's environmental guidelines, promoting best practices, sustainability, and continuous process improvement. ### **Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure environmental compliance of the construction project in accordance with legislation and SSMA standards; * Manage and oversee waste, effluent, and environmental emissions control; * Promote environmental improvement initiatives and best practices across construction processes; * Conduct environmental training sessions, toolbox talks, and team integrations with employees; * Monitor sustainability and environmental performance indicators; * Participate in environmental audits, inspections, meetings, and technical site visits; * Evaluate and oversee environmental service providers; * Manage environmental licenses and report environmental occurrences, incidents, and non-conformities. ### **Education** * Completed **Technical Course in Environmental Studies** (minimum requirement); * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the environmental field (preferred); ### **Requirements and Competencies** * Knowledge of environmental legislation and SSMA practices; * Availability to work in a construction-site environment. * Critical thinking and focus on environmental compliance; * Strong communication skills and ability to guide teams; * Organizational skills and attention to controls and recordkeeping; * Proactivity and preventive mindset; * Ability to work on-site; * Commitment to sustainability and environmental values. ### **Benefits \| CLT** * Nationwide health insurance plan * Nationwide dental insurance plan * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Merit-based recognition program * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher ### **Diversity \& Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from **People with Disabilities (PwD).**
