We enable IT solutions that ensure seamless integration among business-support systems, maintaining a structured and technologically up-to-date application architecture while meeting business requirements with high availability and performance. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days on-site Locations: São Paulo – SP, Curitiba – PR, Uberlândia – MG, Recife – PE **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Senior Backend Java Developer, you will work within the DS management team and your main responsibilities will include: * Participating in the refinement and design of API-FIRST, CLOUD-FIRST (AZURE), and AI-FIRST solutions; * Removing blockers and aligning with other technical areas to build solutions; * Writing and testing code for new features or bug fixes; * Collaborating with other developers, designers, and product owners to align requirements and solutions; * Updating project documentation to reflect changes and new features; * Reviewing colleagues’ code to ensure quality and consistency; * Participating in SCRUM ceremonies; * Managing and monitoring SQUAD performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience developing backend microservices using Java; * Experience with public cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM); * Experience with API management tools, API-first architecture, API mashups, API monetization models, and API security (e.g., JWT/JWS/JWE/JWA/JWK, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, FAPI, CIBA, etc.); * Experience with service containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes (e.g., vanilla Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, etc.).
