Requirements: Who we’re looking for to join our team: In-depth knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, including best development practices (Clean Code), design patterns, and SQL query tuning (with experience in functions and procedures). Ability to assess requirements, produce and review technical documentation (first-level application documentation), and basic project management concepts. Clear and objective communication skills, analytical mindset, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, and strong negotiation skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis and development, including refactoring, performance optimization, and legacy system maintenance. Experience handling incidents and maintaining critical systems, as well as experience integrating systems. Desired experience with application monitoring and analysis. Responsibilities: Lead meetings for requirement gathering. Support critical systems and develop comprehensive, highly complex solutions. Support and accompany users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployments. Model and build solutions balancing technical and business aspects. Work independently, proposing technical approaches. Handle complex incidents and support the team on technical issues. Occasionally engage in pair programming. **Important:** Temporary position for 12 months, fully remote. Candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, sense of urgency, analytical ability, and negotiation skills.
