Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior level professional to design, develop, and maintain backend applications in Golang, work with microservice architectures, and optimize cloud performance. Focus on innovation and solving complex problems **What We’re Looking For:** A Mid-to-Senior level professional experienced with **(Golang/AWS).** **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang; * Define and evolve microservice and distributed system architectures; * Provide technical guidance to the team on design decisions and best practices; * Implement and optimize integrations with AWS services; * Work on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation; * Ensure code quality (testing, code reviews, standards); * Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud performance and costs; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, DevOps, data); * Resolve complex problems and critical incidents. **Requirements:** * Strong hands-on experience developing with Golang; * Experience designing and implementing microservice and distributed system architectures; * Advanced knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge; * Observability practices; * Experience with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is highly desirable); * Solid understanding of REST and/or gRPC APIs; * Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions); * Knowledge of application security and cloud best practices; * Proficiency with version control (Git); * Experience working in Agile methodologies. **Nice-to-Have:** * Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge (Terraform, CloudFormation); * Messaging experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Advanced observability practices (distributed tracing, metrics); * Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA); * AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.). **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a candidate who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves, go beyond expectations, and embrace new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions**, consistently pursuing excellence; * Demonstrates strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently while effectively **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
