If you possess the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and elevate you to the next level. **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional with an analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong negotiation capabilities to join our Procurement team, ensuring efficiency in purchasing processes, supplier development, and cost optimization. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations for the procurement of materials, services, and supplies; * Develop, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers; * Negotiate commercial terms to secure optimal delivery timelines, costs, and quality; * Negotiate payment terms with suppliers; * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to agreed-upon deadlines; * Register items and suppliers in the system; * Prepare and monitor supplier performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Strategically drive cost reduction and continuous improvement of procurement processes. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience of 3\-5 years; * Experience in the logistics sector; * Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills; * Analytical and results-oriented profile; * Experience managing supplier performance indicators and KPIs. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Employment Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
