The Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis area conducts simulations and forward-looking risk assessments, examining adverse macroeconomic scenarios and their impacts on profitability, capital adequacy, and liquidity—thereby identifying vulnerabilities, mapping risks, and planning mitigation measures, while ensuring integration of processes and routines related to the Bank’s Stress Testing Program. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite Location: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will work within the Corporate Risk Management division, and your main responsibilities will include: * Interpretation of scenarios and regulatory impacts: Analyzing economic scenarios and regulatory changes by applying shock parameters to macroeconomic variables, balance sheets, and income statements—with focus on assessing impacts on risk, liquidity, profitability, and capital indicators; * Preparation of technical and managerial reports and presentations: Producing materials that consolidate analysis results, emphasizing clear and concise communication to support decision-making and discussions with senior management; * Data manipulation and processing: Using tools such as Databricks, SAS, Excel, SQL, and Power BI to organize, analyze, and present financial and risk data clearly and effectively; * Interaction with partner areas: Collaborating with business units, planning departments, and other risk areas to jointly interpret impacts and align analyses; * Monitoring of indicators and support for internal processes: Tracking financial results and key indicators, as well as supporting internal routines and processes related to risk, liquidity, and capital management. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience in Risk Management, Finance, and/or Controllership within Financial Institutions; * Knowledge of core financial products (e.g., loans, financing, derivatives, deposits, etc.) and their implications for risk and capital; * Ability to interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement) and prepare forecasts for results and capital; * Familiarity with Basel III, RWA calculation (dlo, dlr), and regulatory and economic capital frameworks; * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis languages (Python/R preferred); * Strong communication skills and ability to influence business units; * Intermediate English (for reading reports and engaging with technical materials).
