Responsible for structuring complex analyses, supporting the definition of rules (denials), and ensuring generated insights are actionable for the business. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct advanced exploratory analyses on medical bills and authorizations; Support data scientists in defining variables, business rules, and hypotheses; Develop and maintain strategic metrics, dashboards, and reports; Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams; Support result validation and financial impact measurement; Key Challenges: Transform large volumes of operational data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making. Support identification of cost-reduction opportunities and operational efficiency improvements. Ensure consistency, reliability, and governance of metrics. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas (preferred). Advanced SQL; Expertise in Power BI, plus strong critical analytical skills to correlate diverse processes and their financial and operational implications. Proficiency with numbers and process analysis; Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes. Attention to detail and advanced analytical capability.
