Identify routines, bottlenecks, and unmet needs. Clearly and systematically document the current process flow (AS-IS). Based on the AS-IS assessment—and in collaboration with the implementation consultancy team and the client—participate in designing an optimized workflow and future solution (TO-BE) within the process management system. Translate client needs by drafting the Vision Document. Perform low- and high-complexity configurations and parameterization of the process management system according to requirements identified during the TO-BE design. This includes configuring user profiles, permissions, workflows, document types, among others—ensuring alignment with the Prosecutor’s Office’s specific needs. Develop test scenarios and validate functional and integration testing of the configured system. Identify, log, and track resolution of non-conformities (bugs or deviations from requirements). Conduct client acceptance testing (UAT). Provide intensive on-site or remote support during the system’s go-live phase. Assist users in resolving ad-hoc issues and ensure a smooth transition to new operations. Collaboratively define and manage the production schedule for training materials, participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to align expectations. Support analysis of project diagnostic data and information to transform them into strategic and communicative content plans—ensuring materials meet real user needs. Execute technical and pedagogical content creation—including video recording, timing, article writing, exercises, and tutorials—always following review processes. Manage content production tasks and deadlines, while keeping the knowledge base (texts, images, videos) continuously updated per system evolution and client requirements. Monitor access and engagement metrics for published materials, proposing and executing optimizations to improve content performance and clarity.
