Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise data and MIS teams, ensuring data quality and governance, developing management reports, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of Continuous Improvement and Operational Efficiency **\*Data Management\*** **\*Key Responsibilities:\*** Coordinate and negotiate demands from different departments/clients, aligning delivery deadlines; Supervise the development, maintenance, and updating of management reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel; Ensure data quality, data governance, and adherence to agreed timelines; Coordinate expectation-alignment meetings with clients; Develop and monitor operational data performance indicators; Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and error reduction; Develop, build, and operationalize demands together with the team whenever necessary. **\*Requirements:\*** Experience managing Data and MIS teams, preferably in financial services, banks, or debt collection agencies; Advanced experience with Databricks, SAS, SQL, and Power BI; Experience automating processes using Power Automate and Python; Leadership ability, prioritization skills, and systemic business vision; Analytical profile, organized, detail-oriented; Strong communication and client interaction skills across various hierarchical levels. **\*Preferred Qualifications:\*** Certifications in Power BI, SAS, and Databricks tools; Portfolio of dashboards and automation projects will be a plus during the interview. Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
