We directly manage the administrative operations of various segments within Bradesco’s Wholesale division, through effective interaction with these business units, aiming for continuous improvement in operational and financial efficiency. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Faria Lima – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will work within the Wholesale Management team, and your key responsibilities will include: * Strategic Project Development and Oversight: Support company-wide strategic projects by providing data and insights that aid in formulating and executing corporate strategies. * Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights useful for the company’s strategic decision-making. * Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments—such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development—to align strategies and share insights that contribute to the organization’s overall success. * Report Development: Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings for sharing with teams or company leadership. * Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market developments and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities or threats that may impact the business. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel.
